Business Development Loans
 The credit union has now launched a small loans scheme for sums of between £250 and £2,000
 for people wanting to start a new business or grow an existing one. The scheme is part of a
 Croydon Enterprise programme to encourage enterprise across the borough. Find out more by

 Ethical Savings Campaign
 Every time we can persuade someone to save a sum of £300 we can lend that money to someone
 who would otherwise borrow from a doorstep lender. For every £300 loan we issue in place of
 one from a doorstep lender we can save the borrower an average £165 in unecessary interest
 payments.
 We are aiming to get 1,000 new members with an average of £300 savings to provide loans of
 £300,000. Over the course of the year this will save £165,000 of interest payments, keeping this
 money in the local community.
